This is because acne further results from digestive problems. Intake of fried food, sweets, tea, coffee, soft drinks, and alcohol should be cut down. Rather, fresh lime, tomato, or carrot juice can be taken in-between meals. These help to cleanse and hydrate the body internally, and only a healthy body can have flawless, glowing skin. Hence, a mix of internal and external care is needed to fight acne.

As shown by studies, there is a greater chance of having acne commonly after puberty. This is a stage when hormonal changes are at their peak. The more you get stressed, the more your body would react to it. Relax, when you control stress, your body can generate more cortisol, which is helpful against acne or its causes. The important thing to remember is that acne almost always goes away during adulthood.
